Questions before you start?
One focused outcome on your existing Elementor website or Shopify store: up to 30 minutes on Basic and generally up to 60 minutes on Pro. Examples include content changes, a contained layout fix, a product update or a simple SEO edit. Full-site audits, custom themes, migrations, app integrations and larger projects are quoted separately.
SiteOwl keeps one task active at a time. Once it is complete, you can submit the next request. Turnaround is the target completion time for an agreed, in-scope task after we have the required access, content and instructions: 1–2 business days on Basic and priority 1 business day on Pro. Missing information, feedback or work needing a separate scope can extend that time. Unlimited requests do not mean simultaneous work or unlimited project scope.
For WordPress, use a separate temporary SiteOwl account. For Shopify, approve collaborator access with the permissions needed for your work. Never share your personal password or recovery codes. Remove the account or collaborator access when support ends.

Yes. You can cancel anytime through your Dashboard or by emailing billing@siteowl.online from your account email.
Monthly plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid monthly period. You can continue using your remaining plan benefits until then.
Annual plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid annual period. Your remaining plan benefits continue until that date. Unused time or task allowances are not normally refundable.
Neither plan renews automatically. A new service period begins only after a new payment is received and approved. Refunds or other remedies may be available in the circumstances covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy or where required by applicable law.
